"Finding Anastasia Romanov" Part 2 (03/05/07)

Scene Three: The Mansion

Jason & Khan

Jason instinctively reaches out with his senses, trying to pick up something... female perhaps? A scent, a whisper. Something to put him on the right track. He activates his psionic ability of awareness... to keep him on his toes and forewarned of danger. so far he is picking up nothing harmful, but often he only has a moments notice.

Kahn is ready to quietly follow Jason's lead. Kahn knows if anyone can track the missing friends, it'd be Jason. All Kahn has to do is be ready for a surprise attack, should be simple... He wonders what's special about the twins as he hasn't heard their names before.

Jason is detecting nothing out of the ordinary. No sounds, no smells, and apparently no danger. The two stealth professionsals still stand at the top of the stairs as they try to decide which direction to go.

Nodding to Khan. Jason fades into the shadows, becoming a silent predator to anyone trying to detect him.

Playing the 'Action' card for Stealth.

Kahn pulls his sword and heads to the left. He is used to this drill, where he draws out the enemy and Jason pops from the shadows, surprising the enemy, and they are victorious. Hopefully everything goes like normal this time. "Kahn wonder waya evrywun at..."

Jack, Andrew and Liza Beth

Liza Beth quitely closes the door then heads for the next door down the hall. Jack brings up the rear, keeping his weapons ready to blast any assailants. They approach the next door and open it with caution. The door opens up into a very lavish bathroom.

Andrew looks around, keeping an eye out for any clues as to where the captives are being held. However, he also keeps an eye out for guards, his hands tightly gripping the rifle in anticipation of a fight at any moment. He looks down the hallway, trying to make sure they have warning if someone or something is going to jump out at them. At the very end of the hallway, he notices that the door is slightly ajar.

Liza Beth quitly closes that door as well and once again heads down the hall to another door.

Jack follows suit, ready to fire on hostiles.

Andrew follows closely by the others, and whispers "The door ahead at the end of the hallway is ajar."

Liza Beth Nods her head and heads for the door at the end of the hall
